A Day of Wellbeing: Yoga and Connection with The Live In Care Company and Headway UK

The Live In Care Company and Headway UK teamed up for a special hour-long yoga and wellbeing session led by the fantastic Charlotte, a Health & Wellbeing Coach, Yoga Teacher, Massage Therapist and all-around inspiration!

Charlotte, with her infectious passion for health and well-being, brought her expertise to the table (or should we say, the yoga mat!). Her bio paints a vivid picture: a dedicated professional who honed her craft in India (having studied at a Sivananda centre in 2012) and honed her knowledge further through various holistic bodywork courses and a Naturopathic Health Coaching qualification. From 2015 to 2019, she even had the incredible experience of teaching, treating, and co-managing a wellness retreat in India – a testament to her dedication to this field.

Those who participated in the session were treated to Charlotte’s signature style, which emphasises slow, creative movements. Her classes are designed to be a journey of self-discovery, encouraging participants to explore the power of their breath, embrace their emotions, and connect with their inner wisdom.

But Charlotte’s philosophy reaches far beyond the yoga mat. For her, well-being is all about connection – connection to ourselves, our true nature, and each other. By creating a space for self-care, for listening, and for empowerment, Charlotte believes that personal growth unfolds naturally.

This session, offered to team members from The Live in Care Company and Headway UK, embodies that philosophy beautifully. It was a chance to step away from the daily grind, to connect with colleagues in a unique way, and to prioritise self-care. A huge thank you to Charlotte for sharing her expertise and passion.
