We created The Live in Care Company because we firmly

The Live In Care Company is dedicated to providing you with highly experienced and skilled carers to create a happy, reliable and positive experience for both client and carer.

Luca Rado and Dr Neil Parrett launched the company after many years of working in the health care industry. The pair noticed that one of the key issues they’d regularly encounter was the difficulty of sourcing and retaining high-quality carers, support workers and PA’s.

To solve this we carefully ensure that carers are matched with the clients that they love to work with to provide continuity and a win-win for all.

The solution was to create The Live In Care Company; where we would do things differently. Because we so carefully match our carers to clients, carers are happier. Additionally, because our way of working means that clients choose a particular carer, they know exactly who will be providing care at any given time.

Client and carer build up a meaningful relationship, which is beneficial to the client and carer alike due to the high level of continuity of care. Both Dr. Parrett and Luca have been in the position of having to hire carers for members of their own family as well as clients, so understand how stressful and time consuming it can be to find and engage trusted and reliable carers.
