Team members are invited to nominate a carer who they believe has gone above and beyond. Each month, one deserving carer will be chosen to receive a £25 voucher as a small token of our sincere appreciation for their commitment and the exceptional care they provide.

Recognising Excellence in Live In Care

Our Carer of the Month award celebrates the dedication and professionalism of our live in carers who provide compassionate care at home across the UK. Each winner represents the high standards we set in supporting families to remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes.

Each month, we recognise a live in carer who has demonstrated exceptional commitment, compassion and professionalism. Below are some of our Carer of the Month winners.

Hannah C

Celebrating our carer of the month

Hannah originally joined the family to provide care for a couple. Sadly, after approximately four weeks, the gentleman passed away, and Hannah has continued to support his wife. The family think very highly of Hannah. She has been a consistent and reassuring presence for the client and her family during an extremely difficult time, helping to ease much of the pressure they were experiencing. Hannah is kind, approachable and very easy to communicate with.

Supporting a client with very complex needs can be incredibly challenging, but throughout it all, Amanda has remained patient, professional, and unwavering in her commitment to providing the highest standard of care. She approaches every day with kindness, understanding, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference.
Her support has not gone unnoticed. The client’s family have expressed how grateful they are for everything she does and have praised her for the wonderful care, reassurance, and consistency she brings.
