Over the festive period, Portia stayed with her client to ensure they felt supported, safe, and cared for at a time when it mattered most. Her compassion and commitment truly make a difference, and her efforts do not go unnoticed.

Tim is by far the best carer we have ever had! He is calm, hard-working and a perfect match for my dad who is now always happy and settled, it is the best care dad has ever received. He is incredibly handy around the house too. When we returned from a family holiday Tim had painted the family bedroom, laid a new carpet and put up new blinds. He is a superstar!

Shannon has supported me for 15 years and I would be lost without her. She is an amazing carer, she knows what I need before I even know myself but most importantly we have so much fun together. Shannon recently made my dream come true buy supporting me on a trip to South Africa, her outstanding planning in the run up to the holiday meant that we had the holiday of a lifetime together. Shannon is the best!

Memory is supporting a young lady with Cerebral Palsy who has complex care needs. Memory shows amazing compassion, understanding and patience whilst assisting the family and of course working alongside other carers and healthcare professionals to make a difference every day.

For her exceptional dedication and compassion. Shenay has offered invaluable support and companionship to the entire family, especially during the difficult time of a loved one’s passing. Her compassionate support continues, now extending to a dedicated companionship role where she consistently demonstrates kindness, friendliness, and respect.

Provided care for a couple who had never experienced live in care before. Care needs were complex, it was a demanding placement both physically and mentally but she showed professionalism, commitment and sheer determination to make a difference to their lives. Regular communication to TLICC, family and healthcare professionals when needed.

For her exceptional care and the significant reassurance and support she has consistently provided to her client during a challenging period. This dedication has been deeply appreciated by the client, her family, and the wider care team, including hospital staff. Yvonne’s experience and commitment have offered crucial support, comfort, and a valuable sense of companionship.

Lina has been in a very challenging role for nearly a year. Her kind nature, hard work, resilience and patience has meant that her client can remain at home where she wants to be.

The family quoted that without Lina’s fantastic work I doubt we would have got this far.

Priscilla demonstrated exceptional dedication and compassion by immediately responding to a client emergency. The client’s family wish to express their sincere gratitude to Priscilla for her compassionate care and for always going the extra mile.

Sandar has been with the same client since March 2023 until the client sadly passed away last month.The family said she was an absolute angel! Selfless, kind, caring and the best support a family could ask for!
