All of the carers who work on our introductory service care team have been fully vetted and reference checked, with standardised training, care insurance, right to work checks and a clean DBS. All carers are expected to adhere to our care standards policy and safeguarding policy which clearly lays out what is expected of carers. All carers introduced to our clients are self employed.
