Hannah C

Hannah originally joined the family to provide care for a couple. Sadly, after approximately four weeks, the gentleman passed away, and Hannah has continued to support his wife. The family think very highly of Hannah. She has been a consistent and reassuring presence for the client and her family during an extremely difficult time, helping to ease much of the pressure they were experiencing. Hannah is kind, approachable and very easy to communicate with.
